The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim is located right next to the Disneyland Resort resort, just northwest of the property. If you read their website, they make some claims about being the "closest Holiday Inn Hotel to the Disneyland Resort". Is being the closest of your hotel chain something to brag about now?
In the real world, walking from this hotel to the parks means around a 1.1 mile walk to the gates of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Not exactly a quick walk but still possible. A shorter route is to walk to the Downtown Disney District and grab the Disneyland Monorail - Downtown Station that will take you right to Disneyland Monorail - Tomorrowland Station inside of Disneyland Park.
Property
There's a lot that this hotel has to offer. Business folks will appreciate the business center as well as the 3,400 square feet of meeting space that can hold up to 350 people. Dogs under 25 pounds are welcome with a $25 one time fee for cleaning. Unfortunately, parking will cost you around $10 per night.

The six floors of this Holiday Inn Hotel offer 255 rooms and 24 suites. All rooms are non-smoking here which we like to see.
Restaurant
The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim features and on-site restaurant called Onyx Restaurant and Bar. This is a full service restaurant that serves meals, slushies, and cocktails.
Pool & Recreation
In addition to a heated, outdoor pool and hot tub, kids will love the new Splash Zone. It's a water play place for kids that features water cannons, Gus the gator, Jeremiah the Bullfrog, ground jets, and a towering helicopter.
If you're looking for a good workout then you'll enjoy using the on-site fitness center.
