Epcot's Germany Pavilion is another area without any major attraction, and the miniature garden railway (model railroad) that is here doesn't count as an attraction even if it is pretty neat (for 30 seconds and assuming it's not scorching hot out).
It shouldn't take an imagineer to spot the obvious tie in with some sort of high speed Porsche themed race cars, maybe along the lines of Test Track. Unfortunately, you'll only find some shops and restaurants here instead.
On that note, you can eat at the table service Biergarten Restaurant or the counter service Sommerfest. For shopping options you have Das Kaufhaus, Der Teddybar, Kunstarbeit in Kristall, Glaskunst, Volkskunst, Stein Haus, Weinkeller, and Die Weihnachts Ecke.
