Kidcot Fun Stops are located in each pavilion along Epcot's World Showcase, inside each country. Your kids can start the process at any pavilion and do them in any order.
When you first start you'll be given (for free) a character to color (like Duffy The Disney Bear or Perry The Platypus). Each time you stop at a new country (pavilion) in World Showcase you'll go up to the Kidcot booth and they'll give you a stamp for that country. It's the kid version of getting your passport stamped.
It's a great way to get your kids excited about seeing each country even if they'll then dread following you through every shop along the way.
