Epcot's Italy Pavilion should be so much better than it is. There just isn't a whole lot here beyond a few shops and restaurants. Sure, it has some Italy theming going on but it's just not all that impressive because there is no attraction here.
Smokers may enjoy the designated smoking area, everyone else will not. If you're looking for food then try Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria, Tutto Italia Ristorante, or the Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar. For shopping you have La Bottega Italiana, Il Bel Cristallo, and La Gemma Elegante.
If you see a small crowd gathered it is likely for some street side entertainment from Sergio or Sbandieratori Di Sansepolcro which is usually worth a stop to see. Be sure to have your kids stop by the Kidcot Fun Stop here.
