The Land Pavilion, not to be confused with the Living With The Land boat ride housed inside, is a large pavilion that's home to several attractions as well as a restaurant.
Firs things first, let's cover the attractions you'll find at The Land Pavilion. The most popular by far will be Soarin' which is an immersive hang glider simulation ride and then Living With The Land which is a slow moving educational boat ride. Both of those attractions are not to be missed! You'll also fine the The Circle of Life, which is a movie and absolutely worth missing out on.
There are two restaurants inside here as well. The Garden Grill is a table service restaurant that feature American style cuisine and is somewhat unique as the entire restaurants rotates 360 degrees around (very, very slowly) while you eat.
For me, the real treat in here is Sunshine Seasons which is a quick service food court. The food is often tasty, some of it fairly healthy, and even reasonably priced (at least relative to the insanity that is Disney pricing, of course).
