Epcot's United Kingdom Pavilion allows you to be transported to the streets and shops of the UK. While there isn't any particular attraction here, there are some shops and food options as well as photo opportunities (like the classic red telephone booths).
The main restaurant here is the popular Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room, which is also an excellent place to watch IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth from. If the wind is blowing this way it may get really smoky from the fireworks in which case you're better off elsewhere.
There are quite a few shopping options here including The Crown & Crest, Sportsman's Shop, The Tea Caddy, The Toy Soldier, and The Queen's Table. You are also right next to the International Gateway, which is Epcot's back door, so you can easily access the Boardwalk and other Epcot area hotels and their restaurants easily.
