The Electrical Water Pageant is basically a parade that takes place on the Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake each night (weather permitting). It's really just a group of animated and lit up animals and characters on boats with music playing.
The show can be view from any of the resorts in this area as well as outside the Magic Kingdom entrance. It's pretty short and very much on the non-exciting side of the scale and doesn't last very long, but kids usually enjoy it.
It starts around 9:00 PM at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, then heads to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa by 9:15 PM, then over to Disney's Wilderness Lodge by 9:30 PM, then to The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort by 9:45 PM, and then to Disney's Contemporary Resort around 10:10 PM. After that it makes a pass near the entrance to the Magic Kingdom.
It's not worth rearranging your schedule to see, but if you have to be outside near the lagoon at that time them glance over and you'll see it.
