The American Aventure is, as you may have guessed, located inside the America Pavilion. This attraction is a large theater where you'll sit and watch an educational show with various animatronic characters.

Ben Franklin and Mark Twain will be your guides who tell the tale of our nation's history along with others like Susan B. Anthony, Alexander Graham Bell, Thomas Jefferson, John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr, and several more.

It's all very well done and you'll probably learn something along the way. Kids are far less likely to enjoy, but may like it a bit more once they know the lifelike characters are robots! So if you are without small kids I can easily recommend seeing it. If you are with small kids they may get bored since it's a pretty long 26 minute show that only runs every 45 minutes or so.

Interesting facts: The American Adventure is made of 110,000 handmade bricks and took Imagineers 5 years to complete! Not exactly speedy when you consider that Hoover Dam was built in 5 years too. The theater can hold 1,204 guests and contains 35 animatronic characters.
