The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is a family-friendly roller coaster located in Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom. This is a unique roller coaster as the ride vehicle swing side to side. They don't swing a lot but rather lean into the turns and curves which makes for a pretty smooth ride.

It's not all that speedy and the drops are relatively small. Even the main hills aren't really all that tall. Your mine train will pass through the Seven Dwarfs who will be mining for some gems and whistling Heigh-Ho while they work, which is sure to be stuck in your head for days. The effects in the mine are really well done but it's such a short scene.

Fans will get to see the whole cast: Sleepy, Doc, Grumpy, Bashful, Sneezy, Happy, Dopey, and even Snow White makes an appearance.

The issues with this ride are how short it is and the long wait times. If you're going to wait in the main line I'd expect waits of an hour, if you're lucky. We've seem them as high as two hours. Waiting for more than 20-30 minutes isn't worth it. If you really want to experience the ride then get a FastPass+ instead.

I've been on it a few times now, always wondering if I'm being too harsh, but I keep coming back unfulfilled. It feels like a last minute idea because Disney had space to fill, and it probably feels that way because it was a last minute idea not originally planned with the Fantasyland expansion.
