The Hall of Presidents is located in the Liberty Square land at the Magic Kingdom. This show takes place in a large theater and features a hug array of audio-animatronics that take shape as 43 U.S. Presidents. The various Presidents take turns covering the history of the United States, often in very impressive and lifelike ways.

The theater itself is modeled after Independence Hall in Philadelphia and holds 700 people so it's usually easy to get into the show without much of a wait. In the grand rotunda you can also see various artifacts such as George Washington's dental instruments and Abraham Lincoln’s leather portfolio.

A neat fact of this attraction is that the original idea was to use wax figures. Fortunately for us, Walt Disney wasn't pleased with the look of the wax figures and got his Imagineers to develop the first ever audio-animatronic human figures. All of that work ended up with the classic attraction The Disneyland Story Presenting Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln, which debuted to rave reviews at the 1964 New York World's Fair and is now located at Disneyland.

By 1971 Imagineers had perfected the technology and were able to create every U.S. President up to that time. Over the years, the attraction has been updated with the current presidents, even including Barack Obama (and probably whichever abomination wins next).
