Hyatt Regency Orange County - Hotels On Surrounding Anaheim Garden Grove, California

The Hyatt Regency Orange County is conveniently located in Anaheim, and offers spacious rooms and suites that feature flat-screen TVs and modern decor. Here, guests can Savor Italian cuisine at TusCA restaurant, or enjoy a local microbrew at OC Brewhouse.

Visitors can also enjoy perks like the Disneyland Resort shuttle service (the path on foot to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park is about 1.6 miles), and easy access to the Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center and Angel Stadium. Just a short drive away, Orange County beaches, shopping outlets and attractions offer endless vacation fun. There are two outdoor heated pools and whirlpool. And a sports court and fitness gym makes it easy to keep energized.

Additionally, for meetings and events they offer 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space including a 17,000 sq ft. state of the art, Grand Ballroom.

Rooms
Hyatt Regency Orange County provides 325 square-foot guestrooms, complete with a plush king-sized Hyatt Grand Bed, 37” flat screen TV, large work desk, wireless Internet access, laptop safe, and iHome Stereo with iPod® dock.

Suites are 676 square-feet and feature a spacious seating area with couches and chairs, and a large table ideal for dining or conferences. In addition, the studio-style Orange County hotel suites come complete with a plush king-sized Hyatt Grand Bed™, refrigerator, wet bar, two 42” flat screen TV’s, wireless Internet access, laptop safe, iHome Stereo with iPod® dock, and much more.

Other room and suite amenities include dual phone lines with voicemail, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, KenetMD bath amenities, individual digital climate control, safe deposit box, and personal coffee maker complete with condiments. There are also Business, Accessible and Hypo-allergenic rooms.

One potential issue with some of the rooms is noise. If you get a room that faces in to the main lobby interior (sounds odd but this is how a large group of the rooms are) you can expect to hear a lot of noise form the lobby. Our first room here was so bad we had to asked to be moved at which point the problem was solved. But if you get stuck in one of those noisy rooms and can't get moved it could ruin your stay. Because of this, I can't rate this property higher.

On-site Dining
Guests can experience the food fusion of Tuscany and California at Hyatt Regency Orange County's signature restaurant, TusCA, in their 17-story atrium lobby. TusCA plates up pastas, pizzas and dishes baked in their authentic Italian pizza oven. For a quick stop on the way to the Disneyland Resort, visitors can swing by Citrus Grove Deli for freshly made gourmet sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items on the go.

The day can be kicked off with a specialty coffee drink from Starbucks Coffee, right in the hotel lobby. After a day of adventure, guests can sip on a cold brew and snack on modern bar fare at the OC Brewhouse. Located in the atrium lobby, this gathering spot features local micro-brews and international beers drawn through the Blizzard Beer system at a chilly 29 degrees.
