The Golden Zephyr contains several large ride vehicles that are resemble flying aircraft (or spacecraft). Each car holds quite a few passengers with two people per row. The ride slowly spins and as it picks up speed the forces cause the vehicles to swing out further and further from the center of the ride.
It's very smooth so there is no bouncing around. You'll get some great views of the park along with some great wind-in-your action. It's very peaceful up there. While I wouldn't say it's scary or anything over the top, it's certainly much more than a Dumbo the Flying Elephant type ride.
If it gets windy at all this ride is likely to shut down.
