Disneyland Railroad - New Orleans Square Station - Attractions On Disneyland Park Anaheim, California

Anyone that's heard anything about Walt Disney knows that he had a passion for trains so it only makes sense that Walt encircled the entire Disneyland Park with steam train.

Today, the five different trains that run on this track burn bio-diesel and carry passengers to and from the various four stations in the park. Get on at any station and get off at any other station. It's a slow moving ride that gives you a good tour of the park along with some special scenes that can only be viewed from a ride on the Disneyland Railroad.

Disneyland Railroad - New Orleans Square Station
Disneyland Railroad - Mickey's Toontown
Disneyland Railroad - Tomorrowland Station

Wheelchair Access at the New Orleans Square Station can be found by going up the exit ramp near the Haunted Mansion. ECVs and wheelchairs can be accommodated on the last car on the train.

This is a good place to rest tired feet but if you're looking for a fast way to get from one place in the park to another you're most likely better of walking.

What's really interesting about this station is the clacking noise you'll here around here. What the heck is that noise? It's actually a Morse code version of the speech that Walt Disney gave when Disneyland Park opened in 1955.
