Located in The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter, Forbidden Journey is quite a roller coaster but also not just a motion simulator. It's something in between. You'll be secured into a church pew style bench and then the ride vehicle will begin your journey. The ride vehicle is on a track but it's essentially a large, robotic arm that moves the seats around in 360 degrees while the ride vehicle base moves around on the track.
It's all synced up to actual set scenes as well as 3D projections along the way. It's very much like the Orlando version of the ride but some say that the chance of getting nauseous on this version is higher. If you easily get sick then this may not be your ride, but the vast majority ride without any issues.
Those who are brave enough to ride are sure to be in for a really thrill. The amount of detail, theming, and special effects on the ride are second to none.
