The Ticket And Transportation Center, or TTC as its known, is really just a transportation hub where the Magic Kingdom and Epcot monorail lines come together into a single monorail station. If you are trying travel between the Magic Kingdom and Epcot then you'll take one monorail here, get off, and board the other one.
The large ferry boats that you'll see docking at the Magic Kingdom also land here so if the monorail is full or you prefer a more relaxing ride then this is where you'll get the Magic Kingdom ferry.
Note that this location is also within walking distance to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
