The Stave Church Gallery is located inside the Stave Church replica that you'll see near the entrance to the Norway Pavilion in World Showcase.
Inside is a small gallery with some items and artifacts that showcase the Norwegian culture, including a fairly details scale model of the Gol stavkirke (stave church) that was built around 1212 A.D.
Disney is trying to capitalize on the success of the Frozen movie by making a tie between the artifacts on display and how they were used as inspiration for the movie but it's a bit of a stretch at best.
If you're in the area it takes all of 2 minutes to walk in, see the items on display, and walk out. It's not very exciting and actually makes a better place to get out of a freak rain storm than anything else.
