SeaBase, located at Epcot, is a large building that contains a variety of rides and attractions that are all related to marine life and the sea.
This is home to a 5.7 million gallon aquarium where you can learn all about sharks, rays, and all sorts of marine life. They actually have over 4,000 sea creatures from 60 species living here.
The main attraction here is the slow moving The Seas with Nemo & Friends ride. If you're a certified scuba diver you can also arrange to hop in the big tank and swim with the fishes, as they say. If you're not certified they offer a program that will let you snorkel on the surface of the aquarium.
