I have mixed feelings on Mission: SPACE. On one hand, it is really well done and the sensation you get on this ride really feels like you're strapped into a rocket and taking off. Well, at least it feels like how I assume that situation would feel like.

On the other hand, it's a potential protein spill waiting to happen (as in a trip to pukesville). The actual ride has you and three others strapping into a very tiny space (ride vehicle). You'll be harnessed in and have a monitor really close to your face. The ride itself will spin, though you won't really know you are spinning as long as you keep your eyes glues to the screen in front of you.

Take your eyes off that screen and it's game over and you'll suddenly realize you're spinning around like laundry on the spin dry cycle and if that happens it's very easy to get sick. In fact, you're actually in a centrifuge that spins and tilts to simulate speed and g-forces, much like astronauts would experience during a space flight.

So you have some options. Either keep your eyes glues to the screen and don't take them off no matter what (you can ignore the part where you're supposed to push buttons) or you can take the "green" version which won't spin but instead bumps you about and plays the same video.

If you are able to handle spinning rides well, this (the orange version) is an amazing ride to try. If you are unsure just hop in the green line instead and it will be far less intense. If you go orange, don't eat before you ride it.

It's an incredibly popular ride do you'll want to go the FastPass+ route if possible.
