City Hall is located near the entrance to Disneyland Park, just head to your left as you walk through the entrance tunnels. This service is run by Guest Relations and is here to help with any questions or problems you are having.
They'll help you out with everything from park maps (in many languages) to special assistance passes for guests with disabilities. If your interested in guide tours then stop in here for more information.
This is also the place to stop if you're celebrating a special event like a first visit to Disneyland, anniversaries, birthdays, and so on. Stop in, tell them what you're celebrating and they'll more than likely have a pin for you to wear.
