Sarge's Surplus is located in Cars Land near Radiator Springs Racers and sells a variety of Cars themed clothing and toys. The building itself looks like an army quonset huts, similar to the one you see at the beginning of the old Gomer Pyle television comedy. Inside, it's decorated with military type toys and objects that don't exactly look like what you'd find at Cinderella's castle. A lot of green and gray colors. Definitely geared toward boys, and men that act like boys.
