Pick a pear from an oyster of your choosing, then pay more to have it mounted in jewelry.
Features
Pearl Factory is a small stand where you pick an oyster out of a bowl and then watch as a "pearl specialist" opens it to show you the pearl inside. They'll then help select a setting for it such as a ring, necklace, or bracelet.
They do guarantee that you'll get a pearl but can't guarantee what size and color it will look like (though the specialists often have a pretty good idea if it will be back or pink or whatever).
They'll mount it for you but that's where it gets a little dicey. The price to get a pearl is usually relatively inexpensive (again, relatively) but it's the upsell on the setting that will get you. Naturally, they'll have a huge range of settings so there are budget options but they'll push hard for the more expensive settings.
This place just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. They have locations in Florida's Disney World and Hawaii as well.
