Taste Pilots' Grill is Quonset hut styled to be an airplane hanger that's actually a quick serve restaurant. They serve up some of the usual fast food items like burgers, chicken nuggets, and chicken sandwiches.
It's the same common food you'll find all over Disney parks. Good in a pinch but not really all that great. I've had a few burgers here that were pretty dried out too.
