Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin is a fun little ride for kids, even if they'll have no idea who Roger Rabbit is. It's not bad, it's just made that way. See what I mean, it's and old movie by now and few would even get that reference.
So you'll board your taxi and it will cruise around on a track like a classic Disney dark ride. You'll see various scenes of Roger and Jessica Rabbit and you can actually rotate your vehicles 360 degrees while it's moving (via the steering wheel) so that's at least unique.
It's oddly popular so the lines tend to get long fast and move very slow so Fastpass is an option here.
