Character Close-Up has a large ToyStory themed zoetrope on display for you to enjoy. A regular zoetrope is a cylinder with drawing on the inside and slots on the outside. As it spins you're looking through the moving slots and the illusion of movement (animation) is created.
The zoetrope on display here is the same idea but uses three dimensional figures of the Toy Story gang and shows how these sculptures and can appear to be fully animated.
