Walt Disney Imagineering Blue Sky Cellar is a walk through exhibit that shows a lot of concept sketches and miniature mock ups of various attractions that have been made or are about to be made.
True Disney fans are bound to enjoy this more than the average park goer, but it is neat to see some of the sketches and models and there is a short movie you can watch inside too. It's air conditioned too, always nice on a hot day.
Still, it's about 5-10 minutes and you're done so nothing overly exciting. Don't expect to see any sort of really good stuff either, you're not going to learn any future Disney secrets or get a glimpse at unannounced rides.
