Mr. Toad's Wild Ride was here on opening day back in 1955 and it's a classic Disney dark ride. Hop onto a small car and take a trip to nowhere in particular, as the story goes. The cars will zig and zag through a track on the floor and take you through various scenes while you barely avoid crashing into things.
Some parts are slightly dark and there are some loud and noisy areas during your journey but it's otherwise pretty tame. There used to be a copy of this ride at Disney World in Florida but that one was removed years ago which makes Mr. Toad's Wild Ride unique to Disneyland.
Although it's a fun ride and children are sure to enjoy it, it's not overly spectacular regardless of what the Disney purists will have you believe. If the line looks long then come back later because it moves very slowly.
