I think we're all familiar with this one, right? You've either been on the ride or seen the movies or at least know the catchy theme song, Yo Ho, Yo Ho, A Pirate's Life for Me. This original Disneyland version of Pirates opened in 1967 and was one of the last attractions that Walt himself oversaw. Unfortunately Walt died 3 months before it opened.
You and several other guests will board your pirate ship and head on a 15 minute cruise through a canon battle, a burning village, and finally land in the treasure room.
The ride has been updated with characters from the movie so you'll see favorites such as Captain Jack Sparrow, Captain Barbossa, Davy Jones and Blackbeard throughout the ride.
The boats here cruise right past the Blue Bayou Restaurant restaurant as well.
