Taking a screenshot is such a useful feature of most smartphones. But taking the screenshot can be different from one phone to the next.
Here's how to take a screenshot on your Nexus 5 phone. This will work on many other Android phones as well.
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time. Hold them both down for a couple of seconds until your phone makes a noise.
Your phone will then save the image (usually as a PNG file). You'll see a notification at the top of your screen indicating that the image was saved.
You can then easily share that image by swiping down from the top of your screen and touching the "share" icon / button.
