This is our family's version of Carrabba's tasty dipping oil for their bread.
Features
Carrabba's Dipping Oil
Step 1
¼ cup EVOO(Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Small clove garlic, finely minced
Nuke 30 seconds
Step 2
Add:
¾ cup EVOO
¼ tsp granulated garlic
6 leaves fresh basil, chopped – 1 tsp
1 tsp chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
¼ tsp finely minced fresh rosemary
½ tsp dried marjoram or oregano
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Taste and adjust seasonings to taste. This is best served with a hard crusted bread. You can store this in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. You will need to take it out of the fridge at least 20 minutes before serving as the oil does solidify when it gets cold. Shake well before serving.
