The Wave... Of American Flavors is an American cuisine, table services restaurant located inside Disney's Contemporary Resort. They're open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast, they have a buffet with all of the usual breakfast items you'd expect (along with separate entrees if you don't want to go the buffet route).
Lunch offers up various sandwiches, burgers, and salads.
Dinner is where things get a bit more on the pricey side but the entrees go more upscale as well. Steak lovers will enjoy the Grilled Rib-Eye and Grilled Beef Tenderloin while seafood lovers can choose from Seared Sea Scallops and Cioppino. Chicken and pork options are available as well.
