Tricera Top Spin is just another hub and spoke ride along the lines of Dumbo The Flying Elephant or The Magic Carpets of Aladdin. Nothing you haven't seen before, and nothing even remotely exciting. Like all similar rides, expect long waits for a very short payoff.
You can control the dinosaur ride vehicle's height so you can get some nice views of the park as well as a nice breeze in your face but it's just really hard to recommend rides like this. Only younger kids will truly get a kick out of it.
