Kilimanjaro Safaris is one of the big attractions at Disney's Animal Kingdom and one everyone should experience. You're likely to see more animals on this one ride than you would at a day in most zoos.

The ride itself is an 18 minute bus ride through the African savanna. It's really just a modified bus that holds a lot of people and isn't on a track, though it does follow a very specific path. While it is slow moving, it does get a little bouncy and bumpy in parts.

Bring your camera because you'll be able to take plenty of photographs of over 34 exotic animal species that include baboons, rhinos, cheetahs, crocodiles, elephants, giraffes, hippos, hyenas, lions, warthogs, zebras, and many more. The nighttime experience, while the same overall ride, is unique in that you get to see the nocturnal habits of the savanna's various animals.
